Dr. Ruzicka conducts neuropsychological assessments for both children and adults. Typical referral questions regarding children regard possible diagnosis of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, questions about possible learning disabilities, or need for services or accommodations in school. Questions regarding adults can be multiple and include differential diagnosis, often to answer questions posed by physicians. The purpose could be to obtain appropriate accommodations for adult students.

Charges for Services:
The charge for full Neuropsychological assessments, including report and consultation is $5,000. The charge for other services including consultations is $350/hour. All charges for all services are out-of-pocket and cannot be charged to your insurance company. No insurance form will be provided for reimbursement.
Charges for cognitive assessments alone (IQ tests) that are required by some schools is $600. The report will be written and shared with you the same day as the test administration.
